For SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., the challenge was to evolve beyond its perception as a traditional, “sarkaari” institution while retaining the trust and credibility it has built over decades. The task was to humanize the brand by making it more relatable, warm, and engaging for modern Indian audiences without diluting its core promise of reliability.
OUR APPROACH
We anchored the narrative around balance by pairing Rishabh Pant’s energetic, optimistic persona (Jolly) with Ravindra Jadeja’s composed, disciplined presence (Polly). This dynamic mirrored the duality every Indian family resonates with aspiration and stability, risk and security. OBT Sports and Entertainment led the collaboration end-to-end, ensuring the storytelling blended humor, warmth, and relatability while staying true to SBI Life’s legacy of trust.
